LC-MS (Method IB): Rt = 0.73 min, MS (ESIPos): m/z = 370 [M+H]+

The reaction mixture was stirred at rt overnight, extracted by DCM, the organic layerwas dried over Na2SO4 and the solvent was evaporated, then purified by flash chromatography to gain the corresponding amides (S9).

The resulting residue was concentrated, diluted with 1:1 acetonitrile and water each containing 0.1% TFA and purified on preparatory HPLC (0 to 100% acetonitrile in water each containing 0.1% TFA).
