The resulting precipitate was collected by filtration, washed with water and dried to afford title compound as a white solid, 9.0 g. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6): delta 3.75 (s, 3H), 6.85 (dd, J=0.6, 15.7 Hz, 1H), 7.70 (d, J=15.7 Hz, 1H), 7.80-7.90 (m, 2H), 8.65 (d, J=2.9 Hz, 1H). MS: ESI (+ve) (Method B): 182 (M+H)+, Retention time 2.8 min.
