Then remove the solvent,The mixture was dissolved in CH 2 Cl 2 (100 mL).Et3N (13.8 mL, 108 mmol) was added.Stir for 5 minutes,N,O-Dimethylhydroxylamine hydrochloride (5.3 g, 54 mmol) was added.The reaction was continued to stir at room temperature for 30 minutes.Water (40 mL) was added to the reaction mixture and water was applied sequentially.Wash with saturated brine. The organic phase was collected and dried over anhydrous MgSO4.The solvent was removed to give the product 4 (7.3 g, 82%).
